Maine Family Natural Health is not in-network with any insurer and does not bill insurance, nor does MFNH guarantee that insurance will reimburse you. Billing codes will be provided as needed for medical claims. Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been arranged.
Consultation Rates for Naturopathic Medicine:
($50 per quarter hour)
Well-child visits (1 hour) are $200 and Adult Wellness visits (90 minutes) are $300.
Blood Draw $25 + $10 Lab Courier Fee
"Quick Consult" - <10 minute "quick questions" for established patients $50
(New Patient Appointment (90 minutes) $300 - NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME)
Follow-Up Appointment (1 hour) $200
Midwifery Services:
$6000 for complete prenatal care, home labor and delivery, and postpartum care up to 6 weeks. Doula services for hospital births are available for $2000 (includes 2 visits before birth and 1 postpartum visit).

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours courtesy notice so that I may schedule another patient in that time slot. If cancellations are made due to inclement weather and hazardous driving conditions, the 24-hour policy is waived. Call, text, or email to cancel: [email protected]
Missed appointments without prior notice (“no-shows”) will result in a $100 fee for the Doctor’s time.
Phone Consultations are available at the Doctor’s discretion for established patients, and are billed at the hourly rate. After Hours and Emergency phone consultations are billed $40 for after-hours services in addition to the hourly rate.
I offer midwifery services to clients that may require a last-minute cancellation of your appointment. In the event that I cannot reach you, I will leave a note on the door. All efforts will be made to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
